All fired up watching the Syracuse - Georgetown game at the Garden, Big East Tournament quarterfinals. It's halftime and I'm remembering 3 years ago when we took our first stab at a Heroes In The House production (yup, we're pushing four years on this project). Who knew the scope of this mission? Not me, not Pete. Who cares now? We stuck with it, never bailed. It's like when two never-ever surfers catch a great wave, learn how to ride on the wave, and are headed for a perfect finish.
My friend Joe Mullen, Captain in the Syracuse Fire Department at the time, said "I've got the guy for you" and we shot some great stuff! Had a blast doing it, too.
Unfortunately the production side couldn't pull it off, but it all did lead to our next step. Nothing lost, everything gained.
It's been 8 steps from there. Our crew is bad-ass and there is no stopping us now.
Thanks Joe, and everyone along the way.
