Oh, and this is how the Miami crew looked after their Oxtail was chosen as superior. A very busy house, much of the crew was out most of the day on calls. We caught pictures when we could with whom ever was in.
And I've got to say, the judges, favoring Kian & Carl's version 2 votes to 1, were on it. Kian, 5th from the left, and Carl on the right end, developed a sweet and spicy Caribbean flair making it unique and interesting. Ours was tasty, just less interesting. Enjoy you victory lap, fellas . . . we'll be back!
