How should we know? We're firefighters. Former firefighters. We have a passion for the Fire Service, for food and happen to have a show in development. We know nothing about this business, and the more we learn, the less we know, it seems.
The cool part of this blog, though, is that by following, you will be able to follow the long, treacherous path we have taken so far and navigate the obstacles, jump the hurdles still to come. Our goal is nothing less than an award-winning television show.
In the next couple of weeks, we will launch our web site. Follow the development of it on the blog as well.
We can't promise you will learn anything, but it will definitely be interesting!
One thing to keep in mind is this: We couldn't have don it without . . . being the greatest Fire House cooks in America . . . and don't forget it!
